to apply for Legal Capacity (certification of freedom to marry) at the embassy of your foreign partner, these are the list you need to pass. It will take 3 months(FRENCH nationality)  before they will release the legal capacity.

-         cenomar nso ( dfa authenticated)

-         birth certificate nso ( dfa authenticated)

-         u have to take a GUIDANCE & COUNSELING SEMINAR from PRISM or SMEF- COW  before you can get CFO certificate (Commission on Filipino Overseas)

Once you have your Lrgal Capacity you can now apply for Marriage Licence be sure your fiancee is there with you coz u need to attend a marriage counselling. It will take 10 days to release the marriage license.

while waiting for marriage license some churches allow to process already the wedding application here are all nessesary documents you need for the church..

-         confirmation certificate (bride & groom) w/ marriage purpose, 3 months before

-         canonical interview

-        pictures 2x2 (bride & groom)

-         pre cana seminar

-         permission of the bride from the church

-         clearance from chancery ( interview from the archbishop)

-         list of sponsors
